A sun visor tube mounting structure is provided to improve strength of a sun visor tube by forming the tube in an integrated type with inserts inserted into both side ends and quickly attaching the tube to the sun visor by rotation of the tube using two bolts. A sun visor tube mounting structure includes an integrated type tube(50) having a space inside, a sun visor frame(30) installed in a sun visor body arranged at both sides of the tube and having a front end cut at a mounting space part of the sun visor tube, inserts(53) having a threaded inner surface and inserted into the both sides of the tube, first and second bolts(57,59) whose each end is connected to one side end of each insert and the other end is inserted into the front groove of the sun visor frame, where the tube is attached to the sun visor by rotation thereof.
