A leakage coaxial cable for mobile communication is provided to expand a bandwidth of frequency by providing a slot arrangement structure having optimized attenuation and coupling loss. A leakage coaxial cable for mobile communication includes an inner conductor(110), a dielectric(120), an outer conductor(130), a radial slot group(140), an outer sheath(150). The dielectric(120) compactly covers the inner conductor(110). The outer conductor(130) compactly covers the dielectric(120). The radiation slot group(140) is formed on the outer conductor(130). The outer sheath(150) compactly covers the outer conductor(130). The dielectric(120), the outer conductor(130), and the outer sheath(150) are laminated on the inner conductor(110) forming concentric circles.
