A polymer composite curing agent, a method for preparing the curing agent, and an epoxy resin prepared by using the curing agent are provided to allow a curing agent to be emitted and cured selectively at a specific temperature and in a specific solvent. A polymer composite curing agent comprises an imidazole solution prepared by dissolving an imidazole derivative as a curing accelerator in a soluble solvent in a ratio of 1:1 by weight; an adsorbent which is mixed with the imidazole solution in a certain ratio and where the imidazole solution is adsorbed; and a coating agent which is dissolved in a soluble solvent in a ratio of 1:1 by weight and where the powder composite curing agent comprising the imidazole solution and the adsorbent is coated.
