The device is provided with a scanning drive installed on the carrier with the aid of a bracket that can adjust its position relative to the carrier in two mutually perpendicular directions. The outlet wheels of the scanning drive is provided with a self-aligning spherical bearing installed in which is the free end of the rear component of the support with an eccentricity relative to the outlet wheel axle. ^ EFFECT: enhanced operating characteristics of the launcher. ^ 12 dwg
