FIELD: shipbuilding; building of nuclear submarines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method of building single-hulled submarine consists in erection of separate parts and modules. Unified parts of pressure hull are adopted from double-hulled submarine of previous series of ships. Internal frames mounted inside pressure watertight shell of hull between respective external frames are rigidly connected with shell, after which external frames are cut-off and remaining tails are used for securing the sound-insulating coat of shell. ^ EFFECT: reduction of labor input; reduced building time. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
