FIELD: processes of hot rolling with use of lubricating oil. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is designed for safe (preventing inflammation) rolling process with use of lubricating oil containing one type or at least two types of matters selected from group including high-alkalinity phenolate of alkali-earth metal, high-alkalinity carboxylate of alkali-earth metal, high-alkalinity salicylate of alkali-earth metal or high-alkalinity sulphonate of alkali-earth metal with alkalinity 40 mg KOH/g or more and with viscosity 800 centistokes or less at 40°C. Safety is provided due to applying lubricant in condition of spraying or disintegrating lubricating oil till its micro-particles whose mean size is less than 1 mm. Lubricant is supplied by means of incombustible gas whose flow rate is equal to 2000 cm3/min or more for one lubricating nozzle and whose speed is equal to 1m/s or more. In order to eliminate inflammation of oil, feed volume of lubricating oil is controlled in range between value equal to 0.01 cm or more per 1 m of surface area of rolls and value equal to 20 cm or less per 1 m of surface area of rolls. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of rolling process, prevention of lubricant inflammation. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
