JAW CRUSHERS FOR CONSTRUCTION WASTE TREATMENT

A jaw crusher for treating construction wastes is provided to simplify work process for producing recycled aggregate below 40mm by directly crushing the waste concrete below 40mm using a cone crusher or an impact crusher without using a double jaw crusher. In a jaw crusher for crushing the waste concrete by operating a movable plate(100) back and forth toward a fixed plate(200), linings(110,210) having a plurality of vertical grooves(120,220) are fixed on the surfaces of the movable and fixed plates facing each other. The vertical grooves are divided into upper and lower grooves(122,222,124,224). The lower groove is narrower than the upper groove. Plural auxiliary crushing projections(130,230) are protruded on the front surface corresponding to the lower grooves at regular intervals in a horizontal direction.
