A construction structure for insulating heat and generating heat by using waste wood is provided to reduce the heating or cooling expenses by heating or cooling indoors with drying or wetting waste wood, and to prevent environmental pollution by recycling waste wood. A filling space(A) is formed between an inner structure(10) and an outer structure(20), and filled with waste wood(30). A sprinkler(40) and an air diffuser(50) are installed in the filling space between the inner structure and the outer structure. The inner structure is composed of a bottom, a wall and an upper plate, and surrounded by the outer structure. A bottom part(20a), a wall part(20b) and an upper plate part(20c) are mounted in the outer structure. A middle fixing angle(25) is fastened between a couple of side fixing angles(26), and plural panels(27) are inserted between the middle fixing angle and the side fixing angle.
