<p>System, method and apparatus for generating a formatted data set, a system for standardizing test data and machine-readable mediums are provided to process the test results correctly and ensure easy control of the processor by properly reading the custom data names, even though the processor receives outputs from more than two testers using different custom data names. A method of generating a formatted data set in accordance with a number of formatting rules, comprises the steps of: indexing, with a standard data name referenced by one of the formatting rules, a mapping set comprising a first number of mapping pairs, each mapping pair comprising a custom data name and a corresponding standard data name(102); if a custom data name corresponding to the standard data name referenced by the formatting rule is found in the mapping set(104), accessing test data associated with a tester performing tests on a number of devices under test(106); identifying a data item in the test data that is associated with the custom data name corresponding to the standard data name referenced by the formatting rule(108); and formatting the data item associated with the custom data name according to the formatting rule referencing the standard data name(110).</p> |
