<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible print system for allowing specific setting if necessary even in a system which restricts printing. <P>SOLUTION: As an example of a print control device for controlling print processing by use of print restriction information showing a print restriction, a host computer 401 and a printer 403 are disclosed. A print right processing unit 705 operates a CPU to acquire the print restriction information. The print right processing unit 705 specifies print setting which is set to print data.
