PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery ticket selling system for lottery tickets suitable for the production and sales of lottery tickets whose winning design patterns are determined after sales.

SOLUTION: Pattern assignment units are calculated by dividing the sales number of lottery tickets for every predetermined quantity by using the scheduled number of winning, and a plurality of design patterns are successively assigned one by one by every predetermined number of division units specified in the pattern assignment units, and the serial numbers of the lottery tickets to which the design patterns are assigned are determined. Also, the reference numbers assigned to the selling number of lottery tickets and the identification information of the assigned design patterns are stored so as to be made correspond to each other.
