PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe capable of enhancing stability in running and also capable of relieving fatigue of a wearer by especially designing a structure itself in a midsole and an outsole so as to allow a twist rigidity in a front-foot pronating direction to be greater than that in a front-foot supinating direction. SOLUTION: The shoe has a vamp, a sole 1 for receiving a foot of a wearer between the vamp and the sole, and a waveform 4 arranged on a metatarsus part D of the sole 1.
