PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion composition that can form a primer layer that has excellent interlayer adhesion to the topcoat layer including fluorine plastic resin and can improve the hardness and the abrasion resistance as a whole, and provide a coating film structure by using the same. SOLUTION: In the aqueous dispersion composition for primer of the fluorine plastic coating layer that includes (A) an aqueous and curable polyamideimide and/or polyimide binding polymer, (B) ceramic spherical particles, (C) modified PTFE particles, (D)the aqueous medium; the primer layer is formed by using the aqueous dispersion composition for primer in which(C) the modified PTFE particles have a fused creep viscosity of the range of 2×10<SP>9</SP>to 1×10<SP>11</SP>Pa s at 380°C, the modified PTFE particles have the standard specific gravity of less than 2.170 to form the topcoat layer including fluorine plastic resin.
