<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon system or the like capable of performing coupon distribution, and distribution or restriction release of a restriction-equipped content. <P>SOLUTION: A coupon distribution device 9 disposed with a R/W 15 having a wireless communication function in an advertisement medium such as a poster recognizes a wireless function-equipped cellphone 11, and distributes coupon information, the content and restricted contents information. In the cellphone 11, the content is imposed with restriction according to the restriction contents information and is displayed.
