PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue necessary minimum radiowave radiation for carrying out operation, even in a radiowave radiation inhibited area because of a risk of being traced. SOLUTION: The radiowave radiation controller includes: a target information database registering target information in a list; a target information acquisition section for acquiring a target information list from the target information database; a threat degree determination section for determining a target threat degree to own system and outputting the target information list, when the threat degree is not lower than a prescribed reference from a target kind of the target information list transmitted from the target information acquisition section; a target position prediction section for calculating the target prediction position from the observation time of the target information list and the target velocity; a radiowave radiation inhibited range database storing radiowave radiation inhibited range information as a radiowave radiation inhibited range list; and a radiowave radiation range control section, acquiring the radiowave radiation prohibited range list from the radiowave radiation inhibited range database, comparing it with a target predicted target position, acquired from the target position prediction section, and capable of correcting the inhibited range, when the predicted target position is in the radiowave radiation inhibited range.
