<p>The manufacture of a chassis starts with a pair of front lateral nodal structures (1a, 1b) which are interconnected by means of a first cross member (7) to form a first rigid subframe (9) to which are connected two first longitudinal elements (10a, 10b) which extend substantially coplanar and parallel to each other. These longitudinal elements (10a, 10b) are then interconnected by means of a second cross member (12) to form a second rigid subframe (14). Two rear lateral nodal structures (15a, 15b) are then connected to the second subframe (14) and interconnected to each other by means of a third cross member (21). The attachments (3, 6) for mechanical parts of the motor vehicle are concentrated in the nodal structures (1a, 1b; 15a, 15b) of the chassis. <IMAGE></p> |
