<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply device capable of preventing such a failure that an image forming apparatus is stopped due to insufficient toner supply, and to provide the image forming apparatus using the toner supply device. <P>SOLUTION: The toner supply device 100 includes a toner bottle 200 filled with toner, and a toner supply part mounting mechanism 600 to which a plurality of toner bottles 200 are mounted so as to supply the toner discharged from the toner bottles 200 to a developing device 23, and the toner supply device 100 is controlled so that the toner can be supplied to the developing device 23 in accordance with the toner quantity consumed at a printing process in the developing device 23.
