PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately push back a power roller into a predetermined movement range when the same exceeds the predetermined movement range. SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device A is provided with end stop levers 48A, 48B rotated when a rotation center d of the power roller 4 exceeds the predetermined movement range, and a first end stop valve 115 and a second end stop valve 116 pressed and changed over to directly supply line pressure PL to hydraulic servos 40A1, 40B1 or hydraulic servo 40A2, 40B2 with bypassing a first or a second reaction pressure control valve 112, 115 for regulating working pressure when the end stop lever 48A or the end stop lever 48B is rotated.
