DECORATIVE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A decorative sheet provided with a laminated sheet comprising a base film and a decorative layer provided on the base film, and a surface resin layer comprising a transparent resin layer and a printing layer provided imagewise on the transparent resin layer, the surface resin layer being overlaid on the decorative layer of the laminated sheet. The surface resin layer is overlaid in such a posture that the printing layer is located on the laminated sheet. The decorative layer has portions recessed toward the base film, which makes the surface of the decorative layer side in the laminated sheet uneven, and the printing layer is fitted into the recessed portions. The printing layer is a layer which has been formed as follows. A printing liquid is printed imagewise on the transparent resin layer. The printing liquid comprises a photo-curing component including polyurethane and polyester, a thermoplastic resin and a solvent. The solvent is then removed from the printed liquid, followed by exposure to light to cure the photo-curing component.
