摘要 <p>It is intended to provide a method whereby a microparticle dispersion can be highly efficiently produced within a short period of time while preventing drug decomposition, etc. and an apparatus therefor. In the dissolution step, a hardly soluble drug and a dispersion stabilizer are dissolved in a volatile organic solvent in a container (13). In the fixation step following the dissolution step, the organic solvent contained in the solution is evaporated off and a pellet-like residue (1) is obtained as the results of the removal of the organic solvent. This residue (1) is fixed to the inner wall of the container (13). In the water-injection step following the fixation step, water (2) is injected into the container (13). In the irradiation step following the water-injection step, the residue (1) having been fixed to the inner wall of the container (13) is irradiated with laser beams (L) emitted from a laser beam source (11). Thus, the residue (1) is ground into microparticles and then these microparticles are dispersed in the water (2) to give a microparticle dispersion. These microparticles contain the hardly soluble drug and the dispersion stabilizer.</p>
