Provided is a method for preparing a dietary supplement based on garlic to improve the content of the effective ingredient of garlic and to enhance the extraction efficiency of garlic. The method comprises the steps of washing garlic with the water of a high pressure and injecting the washed one into an ultrasonic extractor; adding 0.05-0.5 wt% of an enzyme(alcalase) to react it with garlic at a temperature of 40-60 deg.C; extracting the garlic with steam at a pressure of 2 kg/cm^2 and at a temperature of 120 deg.C; filtering the extracted one with a filter of 1 micrometer; concentrating the filtered solution in vacuum at a low temperature of about 50-60 deg.C; and packaging the concentrated one. |
