<p>An organic TFT, an organic electroluminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the consumption of power by reducing a threshold voltage of the organic TFT and to improve electrical properties by increasing a efficient voltage range or a current amount using nano grains with a high dielectric constant. An organic TFT includes a substrate(30), a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, source/drain electrodes, and a semiconductor layer. The gate electrode(32) is formed on the substrate. The gate insulating layer(33) is formed on the gate electrode. The source/drain electrodes(34,35) are formed on the gate insulating layer. The semiconductor layer(36) is formed on the source/drain electrodes. The gate insulating layer is made of an organic insulating material containing nano grains.</p> |
