A water tank using a unit hollow panel is provided to reduce deformation caused due to lateral pressure and hydraulic pressure of the stored water by fixing reinforcing ribs of first and second hollow plates with coming into contact with each other and to extend the life time. A water tank using a unit hollow panel(510) is composed of a bottom part having a grid-shaped bottom frame installed on the upside of a concrete base(C); an outer support unit(200) stacking uneven plate-shaped horizontal support members from the lower side to the upper side among the edge of the bottom part and plural vertical support members installed on four sides at regular intervals; a heat insulating unit having a heat insulating member interposed among the inner and outer sides of the horizontal support member and the horizontal support member; a partition unit stacking the uneven plate-shaped horizontal support members from the lower side to the upper side among the vertical support members to divide a square inner space formed by the outer support unit; a wall body unit(500) vertically and horizontally combining the unit hollow panels with the upside of the bottom part, the inside of the outer support unit, both sides of the partition unit, and the bottom of an upper plate part; a lining part bonding a resin sheet on the inner surface of the wall body unit; an inner reinforcing unit having a horizontal reinforcing rod formed in a double pipe type by inserting a metal annular rod into a resin pipe, to join with the vertical support member through the resin sheet of the lining part and the hollow resin panel of the wall body unit by nuts, and a vertical reinforcing rod for supporting the upper plate part at the predetermined position of the bottom part; the upper plate part supported by the vertical reinforcing rod to cover and close up the upper part of the water tank; and a finishing part(900) covering the outer periphery of the outer supply unit with a finishing member.
