PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a load capacity without enlarging the whole of a bearing in the state that faults, such as drilling wear, etc. are not caused. SOLUTION: A plurality of needle rollers 7 are arranged between two bearing rings 5, 6 opposed to each other in the axial direction on their inside-diameter side, and a plurality of tapered rollers 9 are arranged between two bearing rings 5, 6 on their outside-diameter side respectively. The needle rollers 7 and the tapered rollers 9 are retained circumferentially by means of separate retainers 8, 10 at intervals respectively. Preferably, a flange portion 5c is formed on the outer periphery of the one bearing ring 5 so as to support the large end faces 9b of the tapered rollers 9, and a flange portion 6c is formed on the intermediate portion of the other bearing ring 6 in the radial direction so as to support the small end faces 9a of the tapered rollers 9.
