PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor that has ESR with low leakage current, while having proper pressure resistance. SOLUTION: A capacitor element 4 is formed, using a separator 2 of a 30μm thick, containing Manila fibers (cellulose fibers ) 50 wt.%, acryl fibers 30 wt.% and polyvinyl alcohol 20 wt.% (binder) mixed at a density of 0.35 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, then cut formation and heat treatment are performed under the condition of a temperature of 330°C for 30 minutes.
