PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve announcement with sound to be easily recognized by simple information processing, avoiding overlapping at the timing of the output of sound announcement output from a utensil. SOLUTION: Announcement data D0 including data D02 with sound such as buzzer, voice or melody are stored, following soundless data D01 of the initial part of the announcement, in a storage means 41 for the sound announcement corresponding to the operation of the utensil or the change of the motion by an announcement means 31. When the utensil is operated or the motion is changed, the corresponding announcement data D0 is read, and the announcement means 31 is operated to output the announcement by a control means 34 based on the read announcement data D0.
