发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING R-FE-B RARE EARTH ELEMENTS SINTERED MAGNET
摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a main phase crystal grain, in which heavy rare earth element RH is condensed in an outer shell portion, inside an R-Fe-B rare earth elements sintered magnet body too and to enhance the coercive force while suppressing reduction of a residual magnetic flux density. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of R-Fe-B rare earth elements sintered magnet body contains light rare earth elements RL (at least one kind of Nd and Pr) as main rare earth element R, and a plurality of R-Fe-B rare earth elements sintered magnet body where one among them contains heavy rare earth elements RH (at least one kind selected among a group of Dy, Ho, and Tb) is prepared. Next, two sintered magnet bodies, which are different in the concentration of the heavy rare earth element RH among those rare earth element sintered magnet bodies, are disposed in a chamber in contact with each other. The rare earth elements magnet bodies are heated, thereby, the heavy rare earth elements RH is diffused from the R-Fe-B rare earth elements sintered magnet body, where the concentration of the heavy rare earth element is relatively higher, to the R-Fe-B rare earth element sintered magnet body, where the concentration is relatively lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
