<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-luminous display device which is decreased in circuit scale of an ADC and a data correcting circuit and can obtain burning correction effect. <P>SOLUTION: A current comparing circuit 47 in a data line driving circuit 2 with an internal current compensating function detects only a result of large/small comparison of a current capacity in case of deterioration of a self-luminous element with a reference value, a state wherein the current capacity decreases below the reference value is added to a low-order bit of a storage circuit 30 for display data and stored, and a D/A converting circuit 41 generates a write signal voltage according to display data read out of the storage circuit 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
