PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversity evaluation signal generating device capable of testing receiving diversity at low cost by enabling generation of test signals of a plurality of systems with one signal generator. SOLUTION: The diversity evaluation signal generating device comprises a test signal generating section for creating and outputting the test signals for diversity evaluation, a signal distributing section for distributing output signals of this test signal generating section to a plurality of antenna input systems of a tested apparatus at an equal power level, and a plurality of adjustable attenuators for individually setting the signal levels of the plurality of systems distributed by the signal distributing section at different values.
