<p>Provided are a switchgear, which suitably prevents partial discharge and has a highly reliable vacuum valve, and a method for manufacturing such switchgear. A vacuum valve (1) has a fixed electrode (1a) and a movable electrode (1b) in a vacuum container (2) composed of a metal flange (2a), a metal pipe (2e) and an insulating pipe (2b), and has a resin mold (3) on the outer circumference surface. Coil-shaped metal shields (4a, 4b) provided by having a coiled metal wiring in an annular shape are mounted on the outer circumference surface of the vacuum container (2), and the electrical field of a part (21d), of which electrical field is required to be modified on the vacuum container (2), is modified.</p> |
