<p>An apparatus and a method for transmitting information are provided to transmit data efficiently wherein the data amount of the data is changed every hour. A storage unit(1003) stores data generated every unit hour as the storage data unit. A data amount controlling unit(1016) distributes excessive data of a first storage data unit, which has the data amount exceeding a predetermined critical value, to at least one second storage data unit, which has the data amount not exceeding the predetermined critical value. A transmitting unit(1005) transmits data stored in the storage unit(1003). The data amount controlling unit(1016) performs the distribution of data according to the distribution amount based on a difference between the data amount of the second storage data unit, to which the excessive data are distributed, and the predetermined critical value.</p> |
