<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time series conversion pulse spectrometer capable of improving the spatial resolution of a sample which is an object to be measured. <P>SOLUTION: This spectrometer has characteristics wherein one or a plurality of plane mirrors 27, 29 and one or a plurality of aspheric mirrors 26, 28 are arranged, in this order starting from a pulse laser light source 1 to a sample part incident/outgoing optical system 32, 33, 34 and from a detection means 12 to a sample part incident/outgoing optical system 35, 36, 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
