PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating fixing belt having an extremely uniform heating area, where a heating layer and an insulating layer are firmly integrated, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The seamless heating fixing belt used for the image fixing part of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus is equipped with the heating layer, the insulating layer and a releasing layer. The heating layer is composed of polyimide resin in which carbon nano material and filament type metal particulate are dispersed.
