PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal of which a mode is set according to user's desire, and no personal information is leaked in case of missing. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal consists mainly of a CPU1, and an operation input 2, a display unit 3, a communication part 4, a voice input/output 5, a data storage 6, and a telephone book data part 7. A display content (item) in a normal mode, lock mode, and semi-lock mode can be set for each telephone number. In "semi-lock mode" (step S12/Yes), a semi-lock mode display data corresponding to a telephone number is displayed on the display unit 3 on incoming (step S13). In the semi-lock mode display data, such data as only an owner itself of a mobile phone can understand but other users cannot understand, is registered like nickname and initial.
