PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrant by which a water discharging position can be changed only by rotational movement of a water discharging pipe. SOLUTION: The hydrant installed on a wall surface of a bathroom or on a counter of a washing place projecting from the wall surface comprises a first water discharging port provided on a lower part of the hydrant body in a manner of being oriented downwards, a water discharging pipe fitted to be rotatable around the first water discharging port, a second water discharging port provided on a front end of the water discharging pipe in a manner of being oriented downwards, and a changeover valve for switching over the water discharging front so that the water may be discharged only from the first water discharging port when the water discharging pipe is in a position parallel to the wall surface, and that the water may be discharged only from the second discharging port when the water discharging pipe is at a predetermined position which is not parallel to the wall surface.
