PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waste of a material of an anchor member without increasing time and labor required for temporarily fixing the anchor member on a form in particular. SOLUTION: In this anchor member fixing method, a plurality of anchor members are temporarily fixed on an inner side of the form 23 to weld and fix a liner plate covering an inner peripheral face of a concrete-made cylindrical wall to plate fixing parts 20 of the plurality of anchor members 19 buried and fixed into/to the cylindrical wall, concrete is placed on the inner side of the form, then the form is removed, and the plate fixing parts face an inner peripheral face side of the wall to bury and fix the plurality of anchor members into/to the cylindrical wall. The plurality of anchor members provided with the long plate fixing part along a plate side part are mutually connected so as to hold attitude of these plate fixing parts at the attitude along the plate side part.
