<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set off crosstalk noise from a logic circuit for controlling a channel, and to accurately measure low noise in an easy form, in a radiation detection circuit having a multi-channel input for measuring radiation. <P>SOLUTION: An inversion signal is generated within the radiation detection circuit 2, in relation to an input/output signal, required for logical control of the radiation detection circuit 2, and an inversion noise charge is generated by a coupling capacity between the inversion signal and a radiation detector 1, to set off noise, in the noise charge generated by a coupling capacity between a (analog input side inside an IC package) bonding wire 21 for connecting an output of the radiation detector 1 to the radiation detection circuit 2, and bonding wires 16, 18 concerned, respectively in an input signal and an output signal of a logic control circuit 4, in logic control, so as to restrain the crosstalk noise, generated by the input signal and the output signal of the logic control circuit 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
