PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting apparatus ensuring higher bubble-eliminating function, reducing the thickness of the vessel composition, preventing reduction in insulation resistance and dielectric breakdown, and realizing a compact structure and reduction in weight. SOLUTION: As the bubble eliminating means for eliminating bubbles (a) generated with heat generated, when a superconducting material 11 is converted into a normal conducting material, a vessel formed of a porous material or a vessel, opening in the lower direction arranged at the upper part of a superconducting material within a coolant, is provided within or in the external side of the vessel.
