PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for thumbnailing screens for the results of automatically referring to an online transaction site, thus enabling operation to be continued from the screens. SOLUTION: A scenario in which output telegrams from a browser created by use of a user online transaction site, are saved in order is created. As the site is automatically referred to using the scenario, the screens referred to are saved in sequence at the same time. Using the screen data saved, the screens are thumbnailed whereby operation can be started from the screen thumbnailed. If an error occurs during the operation, the scenario is used automatically without knowledge of the user to refer to the site from the beginning to the screen so as to reduce the operation burden on the user.
