PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security key box device, a security device, a door control method, and a door control program, for preventing a false report in switching security modes for a security area. SOLUTION: A card information acquisition part 102 acquires card identification information from an ID card, and an abnormality determination part 104 acquires sensor identification information stored in association with the card identification information from an identification information database 150 and determines whether detection information of a sensor corresponding to the sensor identification information is received or not. When receipt of the detection information is determined, a small door control part 109 covers a security mode switching instruction part 112 which is set within the security key box device and can instruct switching from a security release sate where no alarm is transmitted to a monitoring center when the detection information is received form the center to a security state where alarm is transmitted to the monitoring center when the detection signal is received from the sensor, and maintains the locked state of a door to be locked/unlocked.
