摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an inclined surface for creating oil flow toward oil reservoir in a crankcase on a counter weight without machining. SOLUTION: Inclined surfaces 14, 15 are formed on an edge part in a rotation direction leading side and an edge part in a rotation direction trailing side of the counter weight 13 to create oil flow in the crankcase. Thickness gets smaller as it goes toward the rotation direction leading side by forming an inclined surface 14 at the edge part in the rotation direction leading side. Also, thickness gets smaller as it goes toward the rotation direction trailing side by forming an inclined surface 15 at the edge part in the rotation direction trailing side. Consequently, When an upper die 17 is pulled off upward and a lower die 18 is pulled off downward after forming the crankshaft 5 by casting or forging, it is prevented that the upper die 17 can not be pulled off by a part of the inclined surface 14 and that the lower die 18 can not be pulled off by a part of the inclined surface 14, and the inclined surfaces 14, 15 can be formed simultaneously as forming of the shaft 5.
