<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lithium ion secondary battery capable of providing a lithium ion secondary battery low in cost and safe, and having high energy density as compared with a conventional one, and extremely excelling in practicality. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a lithium ion secondary battery wherein a positive electrode 1 and a negative electrode 2 are formed by interposing an inorganic solid electrolyte 3 therebetween, a surface of either the positive electrode 1 or the negative electrode 2 is formed into a three-dimensional shape by using a nano-imprint method. Subsequently, an inorganic solid electrolyte 3 is arranged on the electrode with the surface formed into the three-dimensional shape, and the other electrode is arranged on the inorganic solid electrolyte 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
