OPTICAL SCANNER, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND OPTICAL COMPONENT FOR OPTICAL SCANNER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner and an image forming apparatus in which an adverse effect to a plurality of optical elements due to the variation of ambient temperature is suppressed. SOLUTION: The optical scanner of the present invention has: a single optical deflector; a pre-deflection optical system which allows the light from a light source incident onto the optical deflector; and a post-deflection optical system which focuses reflected light from the optical deflector onto a face to be scanned, wherein at least one of the optical elements of the pre-deflection optical system and at least one of the optical elements of the post-deflection optical system are integrated. It is preferable that the integrated optical element of the post-deflection optical system is an fθlens and the optical element of the pre-deflection optical system is a correction lens which relaxes the influence of the temperature variation in the post-deflection optical system.
