A recorder for a final piling operation using a camera is provided to record an introduction value and a repulsion value of a pile with an image to allow a supervisor to conform them. A recorder for a final piling operation includes a pen(30), a pen moving unit, a recording unit(10), a recording plate(20), and a camera. The pen moving unit moves the pen by a predetermined distance at a constant speed. The recording plate fixes a recording paper to the pile. An image or data displaying the verticality of the pipe are added to the recorder. The recorder is adapted to record an introduction value and a repulsion value of the pile with an image to allow a supervisor to conform them.
