<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate some of various problems on orthopedic fixtures. <P>SOLUTION: An intramedullary nail assembly for being used with a screw in the medullary canal of a long bone is provided. This assembly includes the intramedullary nail assembly for use in the medullary canal of the long bone. This assembly includes the intramedullary nail at least to be partially disposed in the medullary canal. The intramedullary nail demarcates an opening part penetrating through the intramedullary nail. The intramedullary nail further demarcates a length-directional axis of the intramedullary nail. This assembly further includes a bushing and a screw.
