<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition which permits sintering in a reductive environment, has reduced quantity of electrostriction upon voltage application, allows a capacitance temperature characteristic to satisfy X6S characteristic of EIA standard (-55 to 105°C, ΔC/C=±22% or less), moreover materializes high dielectric constant and has an improved high temperature accelerated life. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain composition has a principal component comprising BaTiO<SB>3</SB>, SrTiO<SB>3</SB>and CaTiO<SB>3</SB>, wherein the BaTiO<SB>3</SB>, SrTiO<SB>3</SB>and CaTiO<SB>3</SB>constituting the principal component does not respectively substantially dissolved with one another, are included in the form of BaTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal particle, SrTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal particle and CaTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal particle and form a composite structure, and at least a part of the crystal particle of the SrTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal particle contains SrTiO<SB>3</SB>as principal component and comprises a center layer having a spherical shape and a diffusion layer which exists around the center layer and makes components other than SrTiO<SB>3</SB>diffuse therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
