PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive-shifting mechanism of a vehicle which can reduce the number of parts by simplifying a structure for shifting a drive condition between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive and for shifting differential lock. SOLUTION: The drive-shifting mechanism of the vehicle makes it possible to shift the drive condition between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive and to shift the differential lock by the operation of one operation lever 124. A flange 128 is supported on the vehicle body side so that it can rotate in one direction. Then the operation lever 124 is connected to the flange 128, and the flange 128 is rotated in one direction. The operation lever 124 is supported in the other direction so that it can rotate, and the shifting between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive and shifting of differential lock are made possible by operating the operation lever 124 in one direction or in the other direction.
