<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition capable of being fired at low temperature and suitable as a material such as an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature coefficient close to 0 ppm/°C can be realized by producing a solid solution expressed by general formula: Ca[(Li<SB>1/3</SB>Nb<SB>2/3</SB>)<SB>1-x</SB>Ti<SB>x</SB>]O<SB>3-δ</SB>by combining CaTiO<SB>3</SB>having a positive temperature coefficient to a porcelain formulation having a composition expressed by Ca(Li<SB>1/3</SB>Nb<SB>2/3</SB>)O<SB>3-δ</SB>, and at the same time, the sintering temperature can be lowered without lowering the dielectric characteristics by adding B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>being a low melting point compound to the solid solution. Further, in the case when B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>is used together with Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, the sintering temperature can be furthermore lowered. Thereby, the low temperature sintered dielectric porcelain composition having the excellent dielectric characteristics and capable of being simultaneously sintered with Ag, Cu or the like, used as an electrode material frequently, can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
