PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion having adhesion to various base materials, capable of forming a film having boiling resistance, particularly without carrying out aging or baking and being free from labor for mixing two liquids immediately before used or anxiety of pot life after mixing. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion comprises a resin composition composed of (A) a polyolefin resin having a carboxyl group or its anhydride group and (B) a compound having at least two functional groups capable of reacting with the carboxyl group and (C) a compound obtained by at least partial reaction of the polyolefin resin (A) with the compound (B). In the aqueous dispersion, the resin composition contains, further, a basic compound and does substantially not contain a nonvolatile and aqueous auxiliary. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
