PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly exhibit improved effect of bead durability and lightening which are advantage in a bead wind structure and to improve riding comfort. SOLUTION: A carcass comprises a sheet of a carcass ply having a ply winding part which is wound around a bead core. The ply winding part is provided with a winding part which is wound once around the bead core and an extending part which is continuous with the winding part and is extended inward in a radial direction across an inner end edge in the direction of a tire shaft of the bead core. A distance L1 in the direction of a core width from the inner end edge in the direction of the tire shaft of the bead core at a top end of the extending part is 0.3 times or more wider than a maximum width Wc of the core. A bead reinforcing rubber layer is provided which has rubber hardness of 90-98 and rises from the winding part along an inner surface in the direction of the tire shaft of clinch rubber.
